Boomerangs are everywhere (thank you Instagram)! Not a day goes past where our social media feeds aren’t saturated with these incredibly fun animated photos.

SO WHAT ARE GIFS AND BOOMERANGS??
I feel like I shouldn’t explain this here - but I’m going to do it anyway! GIFs have actually been around for ages and ages, since 1987 (we were just children then), and consist of a series of looping images. We might want to call them an “animated images” because GIFs aren’t really videos at all!
Boomerangs are much newer than GIFs, and came along with the popularity of Instagram. They are created with a burst of photos that are stitched together into to a high quality video that plays forwards and backwards (back and forth…hence boomerang).
Thankfully - you won’t need to choose when it comes to our photo booth, as we can do pictures (of course), videos (oh yes), GIFs (yes please), AND Boomerangs (cha-ching)!
Now, we’ve attended many events and weddings that more often than not have a Photo Booth, it genuinely feels as though no event is actually truly complete without them.
